Why should I practice yoga?

Are your classes beginner friendly?

Yes! My goal is to create a practice that is accessible for anyone interested in yoga (or movement/fitness in general). While I may give options to advance in certain poses, I will also give modifications to help you work on poses where we are still building strength and flexibility. Know that this practice is for you - so only do what feels good to you!

What do I need for class?

In general, you need the following: 

I recognize that not everyone has yoga props at home and keep that in mind as I sequence my classes. However, if you are a beginner, blocks are highly recommended!

If I take an online class, do I need my video on?

This is completely up to you and whatever you feel comfortable with! Your comfort is the highest priority. If you choose to practice with video on, I would be happy to offer cues for adjustments and words of encouragement.

Do you teach in-person or only via Zoom?

I am available to teach in-person and via zoom. If you are interested in private 1-on-1s or group lessons, I am happy to work with you on this on where and when we can work together! I am physically located in East Bay of Northern California.

What is your credential?

I received my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification through Core Power in addition to a 100hr Yoga Teacher Activator training through Janice Liou
